Cliff Lee took the baseball world by surprise and rejected both the Yankees and Rangers to play for the Philadelphia Phillies in 2011. Philadelphia is now stacked with a pitching staff which includes Lee, Roy Halladay, Roy Oswalt and Cole Hamels. But if given the choice, who would you pick?
Cliff Lee (2002 – present)
- 9 seasons
- 3.85 ERA
- 102 wins – 61 losses
- 5 shutouts
- 150 homeruns allowed
- 1085 strikeouts
- 350 walks
- 2.13 postseason ERA
- 7-2 postseason record
Roy Halladay (1998 – present)
- 13 seasons
- 3.32 ERA
- 196 wins – 86 losses
- 19 shutouts
- 196 homeruns allowed
- 1714 strikeouts
- 485 walks
- 2.45 postseason ERA
- 2-1 postseason record

Lee is the post season MAN!!
There is no question the Phillies will face the Bosox in the World Series. I say this before the first pitch of the year without hesitation.
Regarding the comparison it is EXTREMELY important to have the number of innings pitched to better evaluate.
